I am a nutritional therapist with a holistic approach. I focus on the balance of body, mind and soul, with the help of a whole, nutrient-rich “colourful” diet and a beneficial lifestyle.

 

My passion is to inspire change, help to understand and solve health issues, even chronic ones, and to maintain well-being and good health.

Balance of body, mind and soul

 

Body, mind and soul are the three levels of human life. It is the inner being, the outer self, and the connection between them. Balance therefore means being in harmony mentally, physically and spiritually. Then we feel well-being and peace.

However, this balance is not a state in which we are 24 hours 7 days a week (perhaps some enlightened individuals :). But the closer we get to it, the more fulfilled and satisfied our life will be.

 

If there is an imbalance, the body sends us a signal through pain or illness. If we do not see or ignore these signals, we are more sick, tired, we do not feel well and the disease usually progresses to a chronic stage.

 

Diet

A natural, nutritionally rich diet is the piece of the puzzle that brings us closer to balance, primarily because it:

  • Meets our nutritional needs
  • Improves our mood and stress levels
  • Maintains or restores our healthy weight
  • Develops our overall health and wellbeing
  • Gains vitality and energy
  • Helps us to feel good in our body
  • Boosts our immune system
  • Helps us to lead an active lifestyle
  • Enhances our ability to concentrate
  • It protects us from health problems

Every BODY is a little bit different. It has different predispositions, different quality of digestion and different needs. That is why it is important not to compare ourselves with others and instead of that just keep experimenting with what is good for us, what is not good for us and what kind of diet is ideal for us. In the same way, something more and something less harmonizes with us in lifestyle. There is no need to force ourselves into anything. But we need to connect and feel so the body can tell us its needs.
